This workshop is designed for management teams who are seeking innovative ways to generate new ideas or improve the quality of an existing product, service, or system. The labyrinth is a powerful tool for visioning and enhancing creativity. In this workshop, team members walk the twists and turns of the Chartres-pattern labyrinth to the center, seeding the creative imagination with the idea for a new product or service. The center is a place of illumination where the team members can envision aspects of the new idea. The walk back offers an opportunity for team members to imagine the development of the new idea in innovative and profitable ways. This half-day event includes a 45-minute introduction, a 30-minute walk, 45 minutes of reflection, and two hours of discussion. The price also includes a one-hour pre-event consultation, set-up, take-down, facilitation fee, and creative arts materials. |

Resolving Conflict through Team Building: $550 |

This workshop is designed specifically for work groups and managers that are having problems working together as a team. In this workshop, team members walk the Reflection Labyrinth, which features a dual pathway for two walkers to move simultaneously through the labyrinth's nine circuits. Along the way, four mirroring paths bring the walkers face to face, creating opportunities for the team members to relate to each other in new ways. The two paths join at the Trading Places space, where the team members trade places and walk in each other's footsteps-a powerful metaphor for mutual understanding. The team members traverse each other's half of the labyrinth until the two meet on the shared path leading into the center. The center is a place of illumination where the team members realize that they walk different, but equally important, paths to achieve the same goal. This half-day event includes a 45-minute introduction, a labyrinth walk (time varies according to the number of participants), 30 minutes of reflection/introspection, and plenty of time for discussion. The price also includes a one-hour pre-event consultation, set-up, take-down, facilitation fee, and creative arts materials. |

In this workshop, participants walk the twists and turns of the Chartres-pattern labyrinth to the center, focusing on a specific problem. The center is a place of illumination where the participants can envision solutions to the problem. The walk back to the entrance offers an opportunity for participants to imagine how the solution(s) can be implemented in innovative and profitable ways. This half-day event includes a 45-minute introduction, a 30-minute walk, 45 minutes of reflection, and two hours of brainstorming and discussion. In this workshop, participants walk the twists and turns of the Chartres-pattern labyrinth to the center, taking an inventory of the stresses in their lives. The center is a place of illumination where the participants can envision ways to eliminate those stresses or handle them more effectively. The walk back to the entrance offers an opportunity for participants to imagine their lives with less stress and more balance. This half-day event includes a 45-minute introduction, a 45-minute walk, one hour of reflection/introspection, and one hour of discussion. The price for a basic lecture is $125 for a 45-minute program at any location within the Quad Cities. The price for a 45-minute slide lecture is $175, which includes a projector, stand, and screen.
